Suggested Use

Mix about 2 scoops (9 g) with 10–12 fl oz of cold water and mix for approximately 30 seconds until dissolved.

Serving levels:

• 2 scoops: 5 g amino acids + 100 mg caffeine

• 4 scoops: 10 g amino acids + 200 mg caffeine

• 6 scoops: 15 g amino acids + 300 mg caffeine

Do not exceed 6 scoops within any 4-hour period or 10 scoops within any 24-hour period.

Do not combine with alcohol. Consume as part of a healthy diet and exercise program and maintain adequate daily hydration.
