Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase and within 48 hours from the time the order is received.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Perishable goods, supplements, and hygiene products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 business days as cash or store credit.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
