What is Maca?
Maca is derived from the root of the Lepidium meyenii plant (also known as Peruvian ginseng), has been used in ancient wellness practices in South America for centuries. The maca plant can vary in size, root shape, and even root color – which is often how they are categorized.
Equivalent from 400 mg of 4:1 extract.
Suggested use
For adults, take one (1) quick release capsule three times daily, preferably with meals.
Other ingredients
