Return Policy
Within 48 hours of receiving your order, Protein House Trading accepts returns. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 48 hours have gone by after you received your item.
Your item must be brand-new, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return.
Additionally, it must be in its original packing.
being aware that things on clearance cannot be returned or cancelled.
We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined.
The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.
If you are given the go-ahead, the refund will be handled and a credit will automatically be made to your credit card or the original mode of payment (in the case of Cash on Delivery/Credit Card of Deliver, you must give us the bank account information within a specific time frame).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Shipping
Within 48 hours of receiving your order, you can request to return the item, and we’ll set up the return procedure. The refund will be handled to your original mode of payment once the return fees have been deducted once your return has been received and examined.
