Suggested Use
Gently blow your nose before use.
Before initial use, remove the safety cap and prime the pump by holding it upright and pumping until the solution is dispensed.
Insert the nozzle into the nostril and fully depress the pump while breathing in through your nose. Spray 2-4 times in each nostril.
Use at least twice daily, morning and night. For optimal benefit, use daily.
Clean the nozzle after each use and replace the safety cap.
