Suggested use
Mix about two heaping scoops (325 g) of Mass Gainer with approx. 22-24 oz. (651-710 ml) of water, milk or your favorite beverage in a blender or large shaker cup. Use after workouts, between meals, or before bed to increase daily protein and caloric intake. Mix for about 45-60 seconds

Carbohydrate blend (maltodextrin, organic rice bran, pea starch [Carb10 ]), protein blend (whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate), cocoa (processed with alkali), contains 2% or less of natural and artificial flavors, guar gum, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, stevia leaf extract, soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin.
