Suggested use
First add 6-8 fl oz (180-240 mL) of cold water to your shaker cup, then add 1 serving of MUTANT WHEY, shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, then slam it back and enjoy! TIP: To make sweeter and thicker, use less liquid; to decrease sweetness and thickness, use more liquid.
