Suggested Use
Take 1 pack 30–45 minutes before bed. For best results, take on an empty stomach.
If using an evening protein shake, allow approximately 30 minutes for digestion before taking Animal PM.
Melatonin is contained in the smallest white powder capsule.

Magnesium oxide, maltodextrin, gelatin (bovine), microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, whole colostrum powder (bovine colostrum, whey protein concentrate, medium-chain triglycerides, sunflower lecithin, natural flavor), stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, zinc oxide, FD&C Blue #1, pharmaceutical glaze.
