Suggested use
As a mineral supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Other ingredients
Cellulose, dextrose, sorbitol, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium. Contains <2% of: Artificial colors (fd&c blue #1, fd&c yellow #5), magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide.
No added yeast, preservatives or artificial flavors.
Contains a bioengineered food ingredient.
Warnings
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

Iron may interfere with absorption of certain antibiotics; these products shouldn’t be taken within two hours of each other. Iron-containing products may occasionally cause constipation or diarrhea.
