Magnesium promotes energy, supports healthy skeletal and cardiovascular systems. Foods that supply magnesium include dark green leafy vegetables, beans, nuts, and whole refined grains. However due to soil depletion and poor eating habits, many people do not get enough magnesium.
Magnesium Malate and Magnesium Glycinate are “gentle” forms of magnesium that are amino acid chelates.
Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) tablespoons (30 ml) once daily, preferably with a meal.
Shake well before use.
Refrigerate after opening.
Slight crystallization is normal.
Other ingredients
Purified water, organic agave nectar syrup, citric acid, potassium sorbate, xanthan gum, natural tangerine flavor.
